JITV returns for 2010. Come along and get hooked like so many others on the fun, music, great food and wines. We've brought together some of Australia's finest musicians for a lineup that will appeal to Jazz lovers and non Jazz lovers alike.
This is Australia's premier outdoor jazz event with fine entertainment, great food and wines in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Sit back, relax and enjoy a day out with the family, from 11:00am till 6:00pm.
It's the 50th anniversary of Motown this year. From 1961 to 1971, Motown had 110 top 10 American hits, and artists such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, The Four Tops, and The Jackson 5, were all signed to Motown labels. James Morrison has been incorporating Motown hits in his performances for years as has Kate Ceberano and Doug Parkinson. It's great to have them all here at Jazz in the Vines to perform some soul, R&B and, of course, Jazz.
Food
Indulge yourself with entree size servings of gourmet delights from some of the great restaurants of Wine Country The Verandah Restaurant, Esca Restaurant, The Cellar Restaurant, and Majors Lane Cafe. The Hunter Valley Cheese Company and Pukara Estate Olives will also be there with wonderful delights on offer.
Wine
Tyrrell's, Drayton's, Tamburlaine and Bimbadgen Estate will have wines by the bottle while Peterson's Champagne House will be setting up a bubble bar for the day. Beer, soft drink, water, tea and coffee is also available for purchase on the day. Please note there is NO BYO alcohol.

Buy your own CityRail ticket on the normal 8:15am Service from Central Station to Morisset. At 10:30am we'll meet you at Morisset Station and take you through to spend the day at Jazz in the Vines. We'll have you back in Morisset in time for the return service to Sydney, arriving at 9:41pm.
